Adena has a strong background in Lettings, and over five years of experience in customer service, giving her a strong understanding of the residential property sector. Since moving into Portfolio Management, she has further developed her hands-on and client-focused approach, building strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors alike.
With strong communication and negotiation skills, Adena enjoys problem-solving and managing the day-to-day challenges that come with Portfolio Management. She has a keen eye for detail and experience coordinating maintenance works, always aiming to ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Known for her friendly personality and positive attitude, she takes pride in delivering excellent service!
Adena holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology, which has strengthened her understanding of communication and working with people from different backgrounds. Coming from an Afghan background and being fluent in Farsi, she values connecting with clients from all cultures and brings an approachable, friendly personality and positive "can do" attitude to every aspect of her role.
